| Wine NZ, Winter 2009 Nearly black in the glass. Big, spicy aroma. Big, solid, powerful wine with
dark cherry, pepper, clove and vanilla, bacon fat and dried herbs. Palate is creamy textured and concentrated with good depth and complexity. Tannins are ripe but massive. Just too youthful at this time but give it time and this will bloom!
